Great place Great guys.... Bought 2 Tomos Mopeds....4 years a go . They run great...took them in for service once for a tune up. Have 1500 miles on them each..They run great! These are the nicest people !!

I went there since my 1970's Manco two seater go kart was having problems with the fuel system. My go kart is about 100 pounds and the three of us can lift it very easily out of the back of the truck. But no, the guy there went a got a rusty old forklift to do the job. My go kart nearly fell of the forklift. The guy never gave us an estimate but it was done in about 1 week. When we went to pick it up, the guy said that he had tuned it and replaced some gaskets. I looked at my go kart and noticed nothing different, and by the uneasy way he said this, I think he was lying. Anyway, the repair bill was $120, which is WAY overpriced for what he supposedly did to it. Also, when it came time for the guy to roll my go kart outside of his storage garage, he didn't just gently roll out my $600, 50 man hours vintage restored go kart. No, he kicked it out of it's spot, sending it rolling forwards and into another customers go kart, where it took multiple scratches and peeled the paint of the front bumper. Also, since he wanted to test my go kart, he took the chain off but never put it back on. While I was there, I bought a new clutch for my go kart. The price was $65 and it wore out in about a month. I looked online and realized that I could buy a better clutch there for $20. So I did, and it lasted me a full year before blowing up from overheating too many times. Also, the guy there had a serious attitude and his items were WAY overpriced. I bought my helmet for $75 online, and I saw the same one there for $250. To sum up: the place is dirty, customer service is terrible, and everything is about double the price of what it should be. I would give it no stars at all.
These negative reviews are just miserable ppl.
One of the negative reviews of us was made about Ms Genovese, in which she accuses us of shoddy repairs, "ripping her off", nasty to her son and 86 year old, father, etc. What she failed to mention was that they came back with the unit near ONE YEAR LATER. NEW units come with a 6 month warranty, and this machine was a mess. The father was very abusive, and the son was even worse. Despite all the above, we offered to at least check the unit out, but that was not acceptable either.
My bicycle needed to be fixed big time. Its a badass desert storm Jeep bike, these ppl are so much fun and kind. Picked it up today and the ride is so smooth, breaks smooth, now theyre fixing my Demolition bike. Worth the 30 minute one way trip. GREAT SERVICE!! THANK U GENTLEMEN!
